PRACTICE MANAGER – The Namibian Oncology Centre

NOC is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Swakopmund. The position is full time, Monday – Friday.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility, of which 2 years should have been in a management / Supervisory role.
Experience of working collaboratively with and influencing a wide range of staff in varying roles; leading, facilitating, and motivating teams to achieve results.
Strong understanding of financial management including financial monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience in quality assurance management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and with clarity.
Demonstrable strong planning and organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements, resourcefulness, and creativity.
Namibian citizenship or residency status
