Laying the foundations for your future as a pilot

Flway Namibia is proud to announce the FlyNamibia bursary scheme. Our aim is to pave the way forward by preparing young Namibians for the aviation sector.

This will be done in the form of full Pilot bursaries for suitably qualified Namibians.

On successful completion of the Bursary program, these candidates will be offered permanent positions within FlyNamibia.

Only candidates who meet all the below pre-requisite requirements will be considered for the position:

1. Minimum IB years ot age

2_ Namibian citizen or permanent residence/domicile

3. Grade 12 completion with maths and physas os subjects (or equivalent secondary or tertiary education)
4. Valid Namibian police clearance with no criminal convictions
5. Ability to read, write and understand English fluently (equivalent ICAO level 4 English proficiency)
6. No pre-existing medical conditions or use of chronic medication
7. Physically nt
8. Preference will be given to persons with private pikrt licenses or aviation-relaxed qualifications
