Responsible Pharmacist

Duty Station: Oshana Pharmacy

Key Performance Areas:

• Oversees, supervises and monitors junior staff members in the provision of offering pharmaceutical services.
• Ensure medicines are dispensed according to Doctor’s prescriptions and safety monitoring of the overall use of medicine.
• Ensure appropriate stock management inventories are monitored.
• Ensure the Pharmacy operates in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the Pharmacy practice.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Pharm degree or equivalent;
• Must be registered with HPCNA;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in community pharmacy post registration with HPCNA
• Excellent communication skills;
• Microsoft Office experience (Word and Excel);
• Knowledge of UNISOL system would be an added advantage;
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills;
• Namibian citizen will get preference.
