POSITION: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. C3
Department: Office of the Chief Executive Officer
Salary scale: NS170 921 – 192 948
The incumbent reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and responsible for efficient secretarial and routine administration of the Chief executive’s office and that of the Mayor.
Minimum Requirement
- Grade 12 (20 points) plus a Diploma in Secretarial/ Public Relations/ Business Admin/Communication/Office Administration/ Information Management/ Office Management & technology qualification
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience In similar environment
- Valid Code B Driver’s License (will be an added advantage)
The remuneration packages for all positions include annual leave, medical aid, pension, housing allowance/subsidy. transport allowance, and 13” cheque.
