DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule meetings and manage calendars To have accurate and comprehensive meeting notes Run errands as requested Coordinate events and speaking engagements Draft correspondence such as emails and letters Providing administrative assistance on behalf of executive Performing minor accounting duties Flexible hours – help when help is needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong interpersonal shills Tech-sauuy and experience with word processing and email programs Active listening and good communication skills Proactive approach to problem soloing Ability to multitask Strong time-management and organization shills Must be able to fill tender documents Flexible 2/3 years of Personal Assistant experience Valid drivers license
