PERSONAL ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST – WINDHOEK
Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling Company require the services of a Personal Assistant/Receptionist, reporting to the General Manager.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide prompt, efficient, and personalized service and to go out of one’s way to ensure customer needs ore met • Schedule Management • Travel and Events Coordination • Financial Administration of office expenditures • Compile and manage data from multiple sources into consolidated spreadsheets and presentations for reporting purposes • Performs and facilitates execution of administrative activities and procedures for the effective execution of own role.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification in Office Administration • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management • Ability to plan a task, job or project realistically • structure work and delegate tasks appropriately* allocate time and resources • set objectives and measure performance against standards • Ability to interact effectively with others in a respectful and sensitive way • Excellent Planning. Organising. Controlling. Problem Solving and Analysis skills.
HR BUSINESS PARTNER – OSHAKAT1
Coca-Cola Namibia Bottling Company requires the services of Human Resources Business Partners, Reporting to the Country Lead: Employee Relations, Governance, and People Services. The Human Resources Business Partners will be responsible for enabling the achievement of the region’s business plan and targets, aligned to the Organizations’ overall strategic objective of long-term growth. Ensuring effective execution of HR processes and initiatives in alignment with the region’s strategic direction. This role will act as a strategic partner to a designated region or function, embedding organization’s HR Strategy into the day-to- day operations.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Alignment of business strategy with HR functions • Driving the understanding of people and organizational implications of the business strategy and goals across the regional leadership team • Focusing on strategic activities, and evaluates HR service and value delivered to the regional leadership team • Working collaboratively with the business leaders to co-create plans to shape the desired regional culture • Facilitating the adoption of CCBA methodologies for organizational design and change management within the region • Diagnosing and facilitating the building of regional people and organization capability required to execute the business strategy • Implement, execute, and manage various Talent Management and Performance Management and solutions ♦ Responsible for ensuring positive Employee Relations • Fostering an employee relations environment that supports the delivery of strategy, and ensuring communication directly with shop floor employees whilst being cognizant of the local region’s legislative and governance environment • Ensures implementation of Reward Strategy • Providing guidance and consultation on the Reword Strategy within the region and business functions • Aligning performance and rewards with speed, flexibility and adaptability • Collaborating with Specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR • Working with the business to deploy the HR solutions in the various functional/regional business units.
REQUIREMENTS
Human Resources postgraduate qualification • Master’s degree in HR Management/Business Management/lndustrial Psychology will be an added advantage • Eight (8) years’ experience in a Human Resources leadership role in a generalist and/or specialist capacity • Proficient at the general skill, technical skill, and competency levels • Experience in Talent Mining and Mapping, Project management, data analytics, and visualization • Experience in the full range of HR services and Legal • Pay Space and SAP experience will be an added advantage.
