In pursuing its mandate to provide legal services and access to justice the Ministry of Justice Invites applications from dynamic, self-driven and motivated suitably qualified Namibian citizens to join our team in the following roles:

Personal Assistant
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate B. Degree (NQF L7) or equivalent qualification, preferably in the field of Business Administration or related qualification plus at least 3 years appropriate experience
- A Legal qualification will be an advantage
- A vabd Driver’s Licence.
Duties–
- Managing the diary (ies) of the Executive Director in respect of all appointments, in conjunction with the Private Secretary; Screening of complaints and incoming mail.
- Assisting the Executive Director with her ceremonial, executive and representative obligations where applicable;
- Talcing care of logistic matters and assisting the Executive Director with diverse official obligations including organizing events and conferences;
- Liaising with the departments/directorates in the Ministry and with other Offices/Ministries/Agencies, officers, private persons, and institutions by means of personal contact, telephone or electronic platforms and written correspondences;
- Compiling, forwarding, and distributing of correspondence, including cabinet memoranda, speeches, reports and Performance Management assessments;
- Coordinating, supervising and controlling of the functioning of the office of the Executive Director.
