People Relations & Experience Manager

Nature of role:               Permanent Position

Location:                      Walvis Bay, Namibia

Primary purpose of position:

As a member of the Executive Leadership team, strategically direct, lead and manage all aspects of the PRE Division, which include:

• Executive Leadership (Leadership Pillar)
• People Service Delivery & Admin (People Pillar – Human Capital)
• Organisational Relations & Experience (People Pillar – Human Capital)
• Talent Development & Empowerment (People Pillar – Human Capital)

Taking accountability as a strategic business partner and support the Company, to facilitate the execution of Namdock’s strategic objectives through people, in accordance with Namdock’s Business Plan and board mandate.

Qualification requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Honours or Masters’ Degree in Human Resources will be advantageous.

Experience requirements

• Ten (10) years Human Resources Experience in all human resource sub disciplines
• And Five (5) years Senior Management Level Experience

Knowledge requirements

Namib:an Labour Act and related legislation.
