Opportunity | Duty Description

Key Performance Areas:

• Updating and reconciliation of monthly pension contribution payments
• Process withdrawal, retirement, death and disability claims
• Attend to queries – both written and telephonic
• Preparation of annual revision data
• Prepare administration claims reports

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (minimum 30 points) with Mathematics & English (on at least a C symbol)
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
