Aranos needs the services of an experienced Pastor to lead and manage the congregation in the Kalahari farming community in all its facets.

Minimum Requirements: The Applicant must…
⦁ Be a professing Christian who fully endorses the content of the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.
⦁ Someone from a renewal background who flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, been water baptised, prophetic, equipped for evangelism and deliverance and who recognizes the Fivefold Ministry.
⦁ Have experience and confidently relate to an international apostolic partnership with the same values as we currently have
⦁ Proof of legal marriage
⦁ Proven ministry experience as a pastor (at least 10 years), sufficient life experience as well as counseling experience and must preferably be over 50 years of age.
⦁ Be a strong visionary leader who can work comfortably across ethnic lines
⦁ Communicate and correspond fluently in Afrikaans and English.
⦁ Have experience of up-lifting work among the less fortunate.
⦁ Be financially competent in drafting and handling Congregation’s budget.
⦁ Have experience in running an Academic school for children of less privileged section of the community.
⦁ Be willing to travel a lot to serve the farming community of the Congregation.
⦁ Have a valid code 8E drivers license and own vehicle

Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate and a qualification in any agricultural branch would be a recommendation.
Salary is negotiable depending on qualification, experience and according to findings, the decision will be made by the Directors.
