Parts Warehouse Assistant

The Position
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, the successfjl candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, packing and/or unpacking of goods as well as delivering goods from the store.

Key Accountabilities
• To execute the receiving and disoatching of stock and raise del very notes
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer with in time and quality standards
• Prepare parcels correctly and in time or collection by courier company
• Administer all paperwo’k and delivery notes as pe- defined procedures
• Ensure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times
• Advanced problem solving and fault finding abilities
• Well develooed communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills, take part in stock taking

Qualification and Experience
• Grade 12
• A technical qualification would be an additional advantage
• Warehouse/logisties experience
• Safety compliance
• Customer sen/ice orientation
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work independently
• Process compliance orientation
• Ability to follow instructions 100%
• Valid driver’s license
