PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the administrative assistance for the OD&HRD division relating to, but not limited, private study scheme, performance management system, internship programme and divisional projects.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Administer private study scheme.
Provide administrative support pertaining to Performance Management System.
Administer Internship programs.
Maintain divisional record system.
Administrative support for OD initiatives and projects.
Administrative support for training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 (Passed- 20 points/5 subjects with an E in English) and a minimum of 12 months job related experience.
