Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for Human Capital functions such as Succession Management, Job Profiling & Evaluation, Performance Management, Psychometric Assessments, facilitate training and development activities as well as planning, implementing and evaluation of OD Interventions.

Qualification Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or a relevant Behavioural Science qualification with a major in Psychology (NQF Level 8)

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Organizational Development
• Knowledge of Training & Employee Development interventions
• Knowledge of Peromnes Grading system
• Strong background of Performance Management System
• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Electrical Supply Industry environment will be an advantage.
