ORDER CONTROLLER – WECKE & VOIGTS WHOLESALE

Position Overview
The main responsibility of the order controller is to ensure customer orders are received, recorded and actioned daily, adhering to the delivery requirements of customers. Escalate and ensure all outstanding orders are attended to without exception. Conduct quality spot checks on perishables. Ensure invoicing and pairing were done correctly. Assuring the maximization of sales by attending to customer orders promptly. Adhere to general health and safety, cleaning, and dress code regulations.
