Key Responsibilities
- Operate Grader and XCMG Loader equipment safely and productively.
- Maintain haul roads to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Remove spillages and support site housekeeping standards.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment defects.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental and operational procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and operational teams.
- Ensure equipment is operated responsibly to achieve production targets.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Code B driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years
- Valid Code of Conduct
- Minimum of 2 years’ mining experience
- Competency certificates for Grader and Loader operations required
- Good understanding of haul road maintenance practices
- Strong focus on safety and equipment care
- Ability to work effectively in a mining environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
