We invite suitable candidates to apply for the following position:

Position: Operations Manager
Duty Station: Windhoek

Mains areas of Responsibility:

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies procedures, and improve operational management systems
• Work with stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost- effective way
• Examine financial data and use them to address problems and opportunities as well as improve profitability and manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to Increase quality of customer service

Qualifications/Experience:

• A qualification in business administration, or related field, with 3* years’ proven experience In an operations management position.

Skills & Abilities:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leadership ability
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
