The Agro-Marketing and Trade Agency (AMTA) is a state-owned enterprise which is responsible for the facilitation of handling, processing, storage, marketing and trade of agricultural (plant and animal) products. This responsibility includes management of Fresh Produce Business Hubs (FPBH) and National Strategic Food Reserves (NSFRs) facilities (Silos). AMTA invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and dedicated Namibians for the following position:

1 x OPERATIONS MANAGER D3 ON

FIVE (5) YRS CONTRACT – TSUMEB

Minimum qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Agriculture (Crop Science, Food Science, Agric. Economics or Agriculture Management) or equivalent qualifications
• A Bachelors Science Degree in Business Administration, or in a discipline related field will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of six (6) years in grain handling will be an added advantage
• At least six (6) years at managerial/ supervisory level,
• Preferably in a business or corporate environment.
• Valid driver’s licence
