Key Responsibilities
- To drive and optimise mine-wide operational performance by aligning planning, execution, systems, partnerships, and performance processes.
- The role serves as a key integration and performance partner to the Operations Manager, providing actionable insights, improving decision-making, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in Mining, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Post Graduate qualification (will be an added advantage)
- Valid Code B/BE Driver’s license (Manual Transmission).
- Valid Code of Conduct
- 8-10 years in Mining or heavy industrial operations with exposure to operations, performance management, operational governance, systems integration, data-driven decision support, or transformation initiatives.
