Job Title: Operations Head B Business Unit: FNB Namibia Commercial

Purpose:

Responsible for the control organisation, and management of Commercial Banking FNB. Overseeing the operations strategy and execution of operational procedures while directing, integrating, and coordinating all operational activities, initiatives, product fulfilment and processes for the Commercial segment.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Relevant Post Graduate Degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience: 10 years’ experience in a Commercial Banking environment with at least 7 years at management level.
• Operations management experience.
• Project management experience.
