RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Sending quotations to clients and following up
• Opening of job cards on Pastel, Processing of customer invoices on excel
• Once the invoice is sent out to the client follow up with the payment
• Scheduling of installation and keeping track of the
• installation process when/where the stock will be needed)
• Be in contact with clients to update them on the progress of their pools.
• Final call to customers to ensure they are satisfied with the work done.
• Following up on all outstanding payments.
• Analyze the construction and maintenance age analysis
• Monitor time spend, and distance travelled per site and prepare as part of the weekly report.
• Prepare weekly wages.
• Weekly cash flow & cost monitor reports,

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 school qualification minimum.
• A minimum of 4 years of uninterrupted service at a single company
• Proof of secondary courses taken would be a big advantage to the ideal candidate.
• Contactable references. Stating the position of the reference.
• Afrikaans/ English and German would be to your advantage.

• A financially orientated person
• Someone with at least 2 years of experience in cost accounting and company operations
• Someone with a sense of tidiness as their office area is to be kept neat at al times,
