Operations & Administrative Assistant
The Elegant Collection Head Office (Windhoek)
Proven work experience in a similar position 1 – 2yrs in tourism Excellent command of spoken English & written communication skills.
German would be an advantage.
Experience in Guest Relations, Administratively strong & keen
eye for detail
Excellent computer system skills.
Team Player and ability to multitask.
Respect deadlines and effective reporting.
Knowledge of procurement and stocktaking.
Willing to work long, flexible hours.
At times will be required to work on weekends.
Ability to process Creditors & Debtors on Innkeeper or similar
system.
Experience with Innkeepers or similar systems
Valid Driver License
