Successful coaches often progress to roles such as Area Operations Manager, Training & Development Coordinator, or Regional Field Support Lead within the same company or broader QSR sector. Some transition into independent training consultancies registered with the Namibian Qualifications Authority (NQA), especially after gaining accreditation as assessors or moderators under the NQF framework.
