Key Responsibilities
- establish Homestead Group’s Windhoek office from the ground up, including physical setup and full operationalisation of Finance, HR, and Administration.
- work on-site at the current operations location to document all existing practices (finance, HR, procurement, filing) and physically pack and prepare documents for secure relocation to Windhoek.
- build lean systems for compliant payments, HR records, cost-effective procurement, and regulatory compliance (Social Security, NAMRA).
- lead a small team and deploy students during high-volume months.
- represent the organisation at select events.
