Follow up on all quotes send out vs received.
Make sure payments were received
Update the COST VS SALES Sheet
Weekly update of Debtor / and Creditor forms.
Answer the website and Facebook enquiries on a daily basis.
Update the Facebook page and make sure, people find it informative.
Ensure Facebook is used as a “live medium” for advertising.
Preparation of price lists.
Handling of customer claims.
Manage the debtor list and in the event of “non payment”, ensure a proper paper trail is in place to take the necessary actions.
Set sales budgets.
Plan action tasks how to accomplish the budgets set by you.
Send weekly sales vs budget updates
Take control of stock takes
Ensure quick and cost efficient dispatch of ordered products from customers
Requirements:
English & Afrikaans speaking (German will be an added advantage)
Valid Driver’s License
