Vacancy for Office Assistant/Cleaner

Applications are invited for the above post from those who have good office cleaning competencies and some telephone skills. The vacancy is open to Namibians only.

The Main duties are as follows:

■    Clean office floors in and out, windows, white boards and doors daily

■    Daily cleaning of office furniture and acting as messenger

■    Daily cleaning of office equipment, e.g. phone equipment, printers, photocopiers

■    Ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times and constant spraying cockroaches

■    Clean sinks, surrounding surfaces for coach roaches

■    Making and serving tea to staff, participants and visitors

■    Making tea for all office official meetings

■    Arranging furniture in training rooms as directed by the programmes coordinator/supervisor

■    Organise meals and eats during training sessions

■    Empty general waste rubbish bins

■    Spot clean walls

■    Perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
