The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) is an independent and non-profit-making German political foundation. Through its office in Windhoek. KAS promotes activities in Namibia and Angola meant to consolidate democratic values and institutions, facilitation of civic education, governance and leadership training, empowerment of women, youth and SME’s as well as research and publications.
KAS is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator (OA). OA is responsible for general office administration and switch board operations, including providing support to programme managers. Further, the OA will provide secretarial services and manage the front desk.

Some of the key requirements are:
⦁ Diploma in Office Management.
⦁ Minimum of three (3) years relevant practical experience.
⦁ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional attitude and appearance.
⦁ Ability to speak German and Portuguese is an advantage.
⦁ Experience in an intercultural environment is an advantage.
⦁ Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Advanced computer literacy a must.
⦁ Namibian citizenship or permanent residence.
⦁ Ability to multi-task and work independently in a high pressure environment.
⦁ Mature and bold with good conflict management skills.
⦁ Good writing skills, telephone etiquette and ability to handle confidential information a must.
⦁ Social Media competency.
