Office Administrator – Mediswitch

The purpose of this position is to ensure 1ho smooth running of the office by providing effective administrative assistance  the manager and team members

Key Performance Areas

• Manage all Incoming queries, calls and SLA’s of the team by assigning, directing and escalating an queries.
• Manage the financial administration function for Hie learn by processing invoices, journals and other financial transactions within agreed time frames and in line with finance processes.
• Arrange detailed travel arrangements and compile all the relevant documentation for travel-related meetings for the team.
• Develop and maintain relevant databases and records for the team, for ease of reference arid retrieval of data.
• Diary management for the team, as per individual team member requirements.
• Deliver on sorvico level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
• Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
• Attend to position related admin ad-hoc tasks that may arise.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

• Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and portray good sell-mage
• High levels of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturity
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able lo work well under pressure) nnd independently

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points with;
• Ollice administration or secretarial qualification
• Knowledge of business correspondence standards.
• Knowledge of Elixir and/or Eminence software.
• 2 Year administrative experience in a I leallhcare Practice.
