OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Llideriti, INami-WUis)
(Paterson B3)
Primary Function: The incumbent will provide broad support to the PCFO m Luder it; and be responsible for the for the day-to-day office administration and control.
Key Performance Areas:
- Attending to Switch Board and telephone calls
- Be responsible for office control
- Be responsible for the issuance of equipment and uniforms to the observers.
- Be responsible for all office accounts, ensuring that all accounts are settled appropriately in conjunction with the Financial Controller In Wafvis Bay
- Rendering services to all customers about arrangements of appointments and other related matters.
- Assisting with the punching in of data and other typing related works for the office, including recording minutes at meetings.
- Be responsible for keeping and filing al personnel files.
- Be responsible for ordering office stationeries and equipment.
Education and Experience
The Incumbent should be in possession of an appropriate Grade 12 qualifications and Optoma m Office Administration with 3 years relevant experience in fisheries or administration related functions. Must be able to work independently, pro-active, and innovative.
Aptitudes I Abdities / Skills and Knowledge
The incumbent must have proven ability to admmister and control offices within the Policy Framework of the Agency. He /She must possess the ability to formulate understandable administrative and control measures for running the day-to day activities of the office, as well as communicate such measures in an understandable manner. Must have a good level of skill in written and verbal communication Must have the ability to solve problems amicably.
Salary Package The FOA offers a market related remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
