OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR- HALF DAY (WINDHOEK) – Moroff & Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence
• Maintaining filing systems and office records
• Invoicing, petty cash and basic bookkeeping
• Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
• Support staff and management with general office needs

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous office/admin experience is an advantage
• Drivers license, own transport
• Candidates must be self-motivated team players who can work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
