OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: ELISENHEIM ESTATE OFFICE – Elisenheim Owners Association

The ELISENHEIM OWNERS ASSOCIATION requires the full-time services of competent Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Estate Manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Grade 12. Tertiary qualification relating to office administration will be an advantage.
• Excellent front office desk and inter-personal skills. Must be results driven and customer orientated.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with debtors, creditors and accounting software will be a definite advantage.
• Reconciling of monthly statements from suppliers and issuing of request for payments of suppliers for authorisation by Estate Manager,
• Provide admin support to Estate Manager, Operations Manager, DRC Officer and EOA Board of Trustee Members
• Issuing of all access cards and reconciling of daily petty cash admin.
• Responsible for maintaining of home-owner and residents data bases.
• Sourcing of quotations and issuing of requisitions for ordering by the Operations Manager and sign off by the Estate Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other indigenous language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and plan and execute office tasks.
• Responsible for admin support for AGAEM and AGM meetings as well as minutes and record
• keeping of those meetings.
• Office hours starting at 07:00. Must be willing to work occasional light-duty weekend standby,
• Working knowledge of office equipment (Printing, scanning, lamination etc..).
• Code B drivers licence essential.
