Position: Office Administrator
Duty Station: Windhoek

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Strong organisational, Communication and IT Skills

• Managing schedules, records and Office activities

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Multitasking

• Assist in the preparation of VAT, Provisionals and Income Tax Submission

• General filing

• Make sure all companies are in good standing with external regulatory bodies

• Preparation and Submission of external documents

Education and Experience

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Office/Business Administration or equivalent, 3+ years experience.
