Office Administrator with Company Secretary and Human Resource functions.
Job Description:
Provide business administrative services to the office of the CEO take charge of Company incorporation and produce HR reports including monthly salary calculations. The right candidate will be assigned to assist with the SPEEDY incorporation of subsidiaries, assist the office of the CEO with administrative matters as well as company secretarial functions (Investor relations). You will be handling the CEO’s office administrative services, human resources and company secretarial functions.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of work experience in HR or Business Administration.
Must be between 25 and 40 years old
Must be detailed oriented
Must be computer literate
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be familiar with company registration processes
Have Human resource management experience
Must be Self motivated
Must be target driven
Must be able to work under pressure (meet target deadlines)
Must be presentable
Educational requirements
Minimum Grade 12 with HR or Business administration experience.
A bachelor’s degree in HR or business admin and management will be an advantage. (MINIMUM GRADE AVERAGE IS C) Please do not apply if you have any grades bellow C.
