■ Young Africa a Namibian NGO, aims to empower young people through [practical training in market-oriented trades, in combination with life skills and I entrepreneurship. We do so in close cooperation with local entrepreneurs, who franchise our training departments from which they run their business while training students on the job. At the Young Africa Skills Centre (YASC) in Otjiwarongo we [offer various trades and have a number of community services.

We are a young and growing organization and are currently looking for interns in our following at our centers in Otjiwarongo and Ondongwa.

■Office administration (Ondangwa)

■The intern will be responsible to handle all paperwork with regard to ■accreditation. In addition, (s)he will support Administration with secretarial ■work: handling student data, handling school fees, handling use of YA ■property and venues, collect rent and other payments from Heads of ■Departments, filing documents, Organize events, minute staff meetings

■Minimum requirements:

I- Relevant qualifications and 3-yeor experience in Office administration

I- Experience in working with NGO’s will be an added advantage

I- A police certificate of good standing (adhering to our finance and

I youth safeguarding policy)
