• Job Family Competence and OD Designs
• Workforce Planning
• HRIS Reports
• Training/Learning and Development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industral Organizational Psychology or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in an HR/IR or Organizational development environment.
• A Post Graduate qualification in HRD / OD / Industrial Psychology / will be an added advantage
  Capability is required at the Analytical and Best Practice level of work.
• Knowledge of the Labour Act; Soclal Security; Employment Compensation Act; Affirmative Action Act (BRA); Dept of Maritime Affairs and other statutory provisions
• Exceptional computer and presentation skills
• Ability to compile analytical reports
• Ability to think strategically and to connect across the organization.
• Initlate creating programs that will enable culture change and leadership behavior change
• Research and recommend change management programs to achieve organisation longer term objectives
• Implementation of academic programs
• Maritime laws and regulations, Socal Security Act, Industry best practices guidelines and norms.
