purpose:
To proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing client portfolios through the provision of holistic and appropriate lending solutions that solve the needs of clients
Responsibilities:
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Grow market share and achieve revenue target from existing and new clients
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis
- Provide accurate and meaningful information on specialised lending products to internal customers
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree in Finance or Economics or Accounting
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
