DESCRIPTION
We are looking for persons with the following requirements urgently:

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Multilingualism
• Fluent in Spanish \ English
• +-17 years vessel experience on board
• Medically Fit
• Must be willing to relocate and travel
• Vocational Training

Responsibilities:
• Designing of New nets
• Repairof broken Bottom and Pelagic Nets
• Maintenance of Fishing gear
• Sample and Testing of materials for the manufacturing of newfishing nets
• Testing Different materials to make nets light to use, which is beneficial for fuel consumption and result in lessC02 on board the Fishing vessels
• Selection of correct trawl doors to work with fishing nets to obtain maximum strength and minimum consumption of fuel by fishing vessels.
• Provide trainingto Namibian land based personal with the repairs of fishing nets.
