Key Responsibilities
- Mushroom Cultivators x4 – responsible for the day-to-day growing of quality mushrooms: preparing and inoculating substrate, maintaining growing rooms, monitoring temperature, humidity and hygiene conditions, watering, and harvesting mature mushrooms to the required quality standard.
- Mushroom Processors x2 – responsible for post-harvest handling: cleaning, sorting, grading, drying and packaging of mushrooms (including dried mushroom products), while maintaining strict food-safety and hygiene standards throughout.

- A genuine interest in agriculture / mushroom farming and food production.
- Willingness to work in a hygienic, controlled growing and processing environment.
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to follow food-safety and quality procedures.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
