Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in fast pace environment.
- Formal qualification in relevant field.
- Must be able and willing to work long hours and night shifts.
- Computer literate and efficient in front and back office on IKENTOO POS
- Must have cooking experience, menu design and costing (essential).
- Experience in opening a new Lodge/Hotel including staffing, marketing, sales, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Proficient under pressure.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must posses some form of international experience.
