MONITORING AND EVALUATION – DYNAPHARM INTERNATIONAL NAMIBIA

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Accounting, economics, experience in monitoring and evaluation, implement and Management Human Resources and stock evaluation.
Must be technically proficient in data storing and analysis and must have strong communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

⦁ Bachelors degree in Economics, Accounting monitoring and evaluation.
⦁ Minimun 5 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.
⦁ Proven success in designing, implementing and operating project M&E systems from project initiation and knowledge in evaluation and analysis methodologies.
⦁ Must be fluent in English and another foreign language will be an added advantage.
⦁ Must have a driver’s license.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

⦁ Under the supervision of finance, stock and logistics will be responsible for the overall implementation of the monitoring and evaluation frame work. He/she will coordinate with thematic and cross cutting leads for affective implementation programs and project monitoring frame work.

JOB ROLE:

⦁ Oversee data collection, collation, analysis and reporting and ensure that data is of high quality and audit worthy.
