Mineral Processing Engineer: to provide technical expertise to optimize metallurgical plant processes, quality standards, plant utilization, throughput, recovery, particle size distribution targets, to achieve production goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements:
• BEng in Mineral processing
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position and work environment, of which 5 years should be on Senior Management level.
• 100% fluent in Chinese
• 5years‘experienceand knowledge in working with Chinese processing equipment and machinery.
• Appropriate working experience with plant control, metallurgical planning and accounting systems.
• Good analytical skills & floatation experience
• People management with a view to improve individual and team performance.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office programs.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Motivated and self-directed team player.
• Must be results oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
