The Challenge

To supervise and lead a production team within any of the mining processes in Southern Coastal Mine.

The objective is to safeguard company assets, maximize the utilization of allocated resources, improve efficiencies and reduce costs whilst ensuring adherence to safe work standards

The Ideal Applicant

• Grade 12, (20 points over 5 subjects, and an E in English).
• Minimum of five (5) years mining experience of which at least one (1) year must be in a mining supervisory capacity.
• Alluvial diamond mining experience will be an added advantage.
• Code 08/BE Driver’s license.
• SAP experience (added advantage).
• Valid Surface Blasting Certificate (added advantage).
• Experience on mining equipment will be an added advantage.
• Applicants will be required to undergo Psychometric assessments.
