Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and store plant downtime systems with data, daily, weekly and monthly reports of plant availability, utilization and maintenance scheduling
- Maintain plant inventory tracking (carbon solution, bullion)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operator log sheets and control room reporting
- Standardize shift log sheets (Daily plant report formats | Data capture procedure across all plant areas)
- Support technical reporting to senior management and area managers
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Metallurgy or Process Engineering
- 5-8 years relevant experience in a similar role
- A valid driver’s license
- Professional Certificate in Metal Account
- Advanced Excel & Power BI
- Metal accounting software experience
- Data analysis capability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
