NEO PAINTS FACTORY (PTY) LTD, the leading Namibia paint manufacturer, has an exciting employment opportunity available in Namibia. We invite enthusiastic, suitably qualified people who wish to build a career for themselves in NEO Paints person to apply for the following position.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• To promote and ensure in-store preference for NEO products with Retail Dealers and Shoppers

 

 

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure in-store Attractive Availability of NEO stock on all shopper display points
• Assist shoppers with advice regarding choice and application of paint products
• Ensure sufficient stock levels of relevant NEO products at the Retail Dealer
• Manage stock rotation and protection in Retail Dealer’s paint warehouse
• Assist Retail Dealers with ordering of relevant and stock and quantities
• Mixing of paints to required colours

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum: Grade 12 qualification
•  Mathematical ability to calculate orders and ratios
•  Must be able to work with limited supervision
•  Must be able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines
•  Ability to easily engage with clients and shoppers (Excellent communication skills)
•  Bilingual (English and Afrikaans); any other languages will be advantageous
•  NB: Able and willing to have an over-weekend work week
•  Namibian citizen
• The following shall be added advantage:
•  Physical Science as school subject will be an advantage
•  Relevant exposure to the NEO Brand, and knowledge of paint tinting equipment
•  Code 08 Driver’s Licence
