NEO PAINTS FACTORY (PTY) LTD, the leading Namibian paint manufacturer, has an exciting employment opportunity available. We invite enthusiastic, suitably qualified people who wish to build a career for themselves at NEO Paints to apply for the following position.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To promote and ensure in-store preference for NEO products with Retail Dealers and Shoppers

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Ensure in-store Attractive Availability of NEO stock on all shopper display points
Assist shoppers with advice regarding choice and application of paint products
Ensure sufficient stock levels of relevant NEO products at the Retail Dealer
Manage stock rotation and protection in Retail Dealer’s paint warehouse
Assist Retail Dealers with ordering of relevant and stock and quantities
Mixing of paints to required colours
Potential to become a permanent vacancy

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: Grade 12 qualification
Mathematical ability to calculate orders and ratios
Must be able to work with limited supervision
Must be able to work under pressure and meet all deadlines
Ability to easily engage with clients and shoppers (Excellent communication skills)
Bilingual (English and Afrikaans); any other languages will be advantageous
Namibian citizen
Must be willing to work on Saturdays

Relevant exposure to the NEO Brand, and knowledge of paint tinting equipment
