Catholic Health Service is Namibia second largest Health Services provider with four Hospitals and twelve Health Centers and Clinics, mainly in rural areas. We invite applications for the following posts: MEDICAL OFFICERS — ST MARY’S HOSPITAL, REHOBOTH.

Minimum requirements:

• Medical degree from an internationally recognized medical school
• At least 4 years’ experience in surgery, anaesthesia, trauma and emergency medicine, primary health care, Internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology
• Registration with Namibian Medical and Dental Council

Key competencies required:

• Correct diagnosis and quality medical care
• Correct and economic prescription of drugs
• Decision for referral to the higher level at the appropriate time
