Job Description
Position : Media Strategist
We are looking for a Media Strategist to join our client team

Role & Responsibilities:

Map and analyze external stakeholders both national, regional, and international.
Development of innovative stakeholder engagement tools.
Extensive public consultations on the possible Tolling in Namibia.
Track public perception/opinion/support for tolling during the assignment.
Craft responses to stakeholder concerns
Setting overall strategy and implementation of different social media ad campaigns to improve KPIs
Setting up all conversion tracking tags across company websites and funnel pages
Creation, implementation, optimization and reporting of client ad campaigns
Provide consultation and opportunities on weekly basis
Recommendations for new ad creatives
Best practices for landing page and sales page optimization
Audience, targeting and vertical research
Preparing and sending weekly updates and planning to clients
Overall increase in ROAS for clients while aiming for decreasing CPAs of products and offers
Managing ad budgets
Reporting to the CFO/COO on a weekly basis
Regular communication with clients in Asana

Requirements

Minimum Years of required Experience:

10 years
Main Required Skills & Qualifications (top 3):
Leadership Skills
Assignments of similar nature assigned and completed
Ability to help draft a methodology- work plan-team structure and organization

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Having a clear vision for the project
Great communication skills
Excellent English Language
Previous consulting experience
Namibian Nationality
Creativity
strategic Thinking
Organized, empathetic, and problem solving capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Knowledge of Google Data Studio, Google Analytics
Compare data daily and weekly to analyze strategies & maximize results
Prioritize tasks appropriately
Ability to identify bottlenecks in campaigns and recommend solutions
