Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to maximise plant performance
• Conduct daily machine inspections and condition reporting
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Maintain Metso crushers and associated equipment
• Operate mobile plant safely
• Support continuous improvement of crushing operations

Requirements

• Namibian ID
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
• Recognised Trade Certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a heavy industry / quarry environment
• Strong mechanical background with experience in: Electrical & hydraulic systems; Drive systems (motors, belts, pumps, gearboxes); Crushers and vibratory screens
• An expert in preventative maintenance on crushing plant and heavy-duty mobile equipment
• Highly skilled in fault-finding and breakdown diagnostics
• Experienced with Metso crushers, including electrical and hydraulic systems
• Working experience in a Quarrying or Aggregates industry
