Key Functions & Responsibilities:

⦁ Operation and Maintenance of any and all mechanical equipment on site respectively;
⦁ Troubleshooting of Mechanical Equipment on site;
⦁ Repair and Emergency Repair of faulty Mechanical Equipment;
⦁ Formulate Methods and Processes for relevant Troubleshooting;
⦁ Analyze and report on faults and relevant maintenance schedules;
⦁ Organize production and equipment Management responsibilities;
⦁ Arrange production tasks and supervise implementation;
⦁ Organize meetings to discuss production and mechanical maintenance;
⦁ Operation, Management and Maintenance of Production Equipment;
⦁ Responsible for the allocation of daily production and maintenance tasks;
⦁ Provide technical training to employees in relevant departments;
⦁ Drafting and Maintenance of relevant reports to Company Management to ensure production targets and efficient maintenance of equipment;
⦁ Proficient in operating OA, and ERP Systems. UFIAD U8. NC, ORACLE, and Office Software;
⦁ Ability to formally report to the Management and Group Companies.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar qualification, specializing in the maintenance of Cement Plant Specific Equipment.

Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position at Cement Plant At least two years’ experience in factory Management. Must be familiar with mechanical processing, manufacturing, equipment installation, and hydraulic systems. In-depth understanding of the vertical mill, classifier, and the working principles of the roller machine and equipment. Must be with adequate CAD drawing skills. It is of the utmost importance that the candidate be able to read and write in Chinese as the equipment manuals are in Chinese.
