MASTER DATA CLASSIFIER X 2 | Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb

The incumbent will report to the Warehouse Manager and be accountable for:

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Cleaning and classifying inventory master data according to the Gordian proposed
Standard Modifier Dictionary (SMD) format.
• Standardizing, cleaning and completing full new item descriptions.
• Identifying items in the warehouse and update the master data correctly and
accordingly.
• Identifying and managing duplicates.
• Ensuring all Health, Safety and Environment standards/policies are adhered to at all
times.
• Leading by example through compliance with the company values, mission and vision.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A pass in Grade 12 with a minimum of 23 points.
• A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• A minimum 3 years’ work experience in Inventory Management, Mechanical
Engineering works.
• A valid internal license to operate an Overhead Crane and Mobile equipment (e.g.
Forklift and Bobcat) will be an advantage
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite: Office, Excel and Outlook)
• Good communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with all
stakeholders.
