Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual advertising revenue targets
• Prospect, pitch, and close new advertisers across Windhoek and Coastal regions.
• Grow revenue from existing clients.
• Sell advertising across on-air, digital platforms, outdoor broadcasts (OBs), promotions and activations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Manage client expectations, campaign delivery, and post-campaign feedback.
• Plan, sell, and execute OBs and brand activations.
• Identify new advertising categories and emerging market opportunities.
• Propose innovative revenue streams aligned to Shipi FM’s brand.
• Coordinate outdoor broadcasts and brand activations.
• Ensure accurate billing, collections and compliance with payment terms.
• Prepare monthly revenue and client performance reports.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, bookings, and confirmations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field (advantage).
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in advertising sales or media marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.
